For the launch of the Swift Trawler 30 , Bénéteau has organized the Trawler Gourmand , an unusual event combining sailing and gastronomy . For several weeks, the Swift Trawler 30 will cross France on inland waterways from Deauville to Sète . Once this cruise is complete, the Swift Trawler 30 will be proven to be a river cruise ship .
During its journey, the Swift Trawler 30 makes “Gourmand” stops , during which chefs come to prepare recipes on board.
The departure of this river cruise was launched on April 24 in Deauville . On this leg, it was Stéphane Carbone (1 star in the Michelin Guide) who cooked on board.
At the Escala Gourmande in Paris , it was Bernard Leprince (best chef in France 1996) who cooked.
The Lyon stage was held with the presence of Guy Lassausaie , godfather of the event (best chef in France 1993, 2 Michelin stars).
The Swift Trawler 30 sails to Sète , for the last stop Gourmande , where the teams will receive Anne Majourel (1 star in the Michelin Guide).
